As you may know,we have been in school for about three weeks already.It seems that as the weeks go by, there are more and more things that we have to do,making our time be packed with a lot of things .Apart from that,I know that now that we are teens we also have responsibilities that we have like doing our laundry or cleaning our room or cleaning the dishes. I think that preparing our lunch is a responsibility that everyone does, and some of the ideas listed below can help you prepare them quickly and are easy to cook and they won’t take a lot of your time and will taste good.And some of them need to be heat and some don’t, I mean I don’t think people are going to want to wait in a long line to use the microwave to heat up their food.Also there is recipes for meat lovers and for vegetarians so they are recipes for all people whether they eat different things. One recipe that can be great and be easy to prepare , cook and pack for lunch would be cheeseburger sliders .This recipe will be enough to save to pack for at least two days .The ingredients and the steps are listed below.The recipe was gotten from a youtube channel “Tasty” where they have super easy recipes.Here are the ingredients that tasty gives out in their channel to prepare this meal: 2 pounds ground beef 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons pepper 2 teaspoons garlic powder ½ white onion, diced 6 slices cheddar 1 12-pack of dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoon sesame seeds And the preparation for this meal would the steps below: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C. 2. Combine the beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a 9x13 baking tray, mixing thoroughly and pressing it in a flat, even layer. 3. Bake for 20 minutes. 4. Set aside the cooked beef and drain the liquid. 5. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. 6. Place the bottom half on the same 9x13 baking tray. 7. Place the cooked beef layer on the rolls, followed by the onions and cheddar. 8. Place the remaining half of the rolls on top 9. Brush the top of the rolls with the the butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. 10. Bake for 20 minutes. 11. Slice, then serve! Another recipe that can be quick and easy is Garlic Veggie Pasta,also founded on “Tasty” Here are the ingredients that “Tasty” lets you know to have to make this meal: 2 tablespoons oil 2 cups mushrooms, sliced 2 cups broccoli, chopped into small pieces 4 cloves garlic, chopped 2 bell peppers, sliced 1 tablespoon oregano 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons pepper 250 grams cooked rotini pasta And to prepare this meal is really easy and quick: Heat oil in a large pot over high heat. Cook mushrooms, broccoli, garlic, peppers, oregano, salt, and pepper until the vegetables are tender. Add in the pasta and stir until evenly mixed. Enjoy! These recipes don't have to be heated !!!!
