Overweight is also a serious problem that is mostly because people tend to eat junk food instead of healthy food which is a decision that can really help out people with those problems. In general, eating healthy or eating the correct amount of food can help with those problems and to make it easier, it is simple steps that change bad eating habits. People should be more careful because it is a problem that millions of people across the US face and if it is not taken care of, it can lead to further consequences.
